Had a "craft night" last night with some friends and we made these adorable dolls. Delaney's is the one with the brown hair and gold bows...they turned out so cute and it's a good thing because they took like 6 hours to make. Luckily we had our amazing seamstress friend there leading us along! Now the test of time....waiting until her birthday to actually give it to her!

Easter Egg Hunt

We've practiced and I think we are ready for the real thing! We went to a little Easter Egg hunt this week by our house with some friends. It is such a smart way to do it....everyone brings there own eggs and labels them in a way that there kids will recognize and then we send them off!! The only downside is that kids Delaney's age have no idea why they can't pick up any egg.

To the Zoo!

We've been making some trips to the zoo to utilize our Zoo pass. This week we took some of Declan and Delaney's cousins along with us! I love this picture because it captured a little bit of everyone's personalities!

Weekend

My sister came last weekend for a quick visit/birthday/bridal shower/family BBQ! We had fun just hanging out visiting and playing games. Whenever they come in it is like a little vacation for us because we just spend the whole time at my Mom's and ignore our "regular" lives. It went by so fast like it always does but lucky for us she will be back later this month for a week!

Girls Weekend 2010

Way back at the beginning of LAST month, the girls on my side of the family got together for a girls weekend. We all stayed at my Granny's house in Palisade and we had so much fun! We got pedicures, we ate out, we visited, we did masks, we went to the movies. We did whatever we wanted, whenever we wanted! It's amazing how much a weekend away can recharge me for my daily life!!
